产教融合背景下高职新商科人才培养模式研究

摘要: 由于行业升级带来相应人才培养的需要,职业教育在培养符合当前行业发展需要的人才方面起到了重要作用。但是,目前行业发展趋势对人才培养的需要,和传统职业教育领域的人才培养目标之间存在差异。在此背景下,新商科培养模式所体现出的行业发展融合性,符合当前社会形势与经济发展需要。因此,该文介绍当前高职新商科培养的现状与趋势,对产教融合的高职新商科人才培养模式进行了构建。

Abstract: Due to the upgrading of the industry brings the corresponding talent training needs, vocational education field in line with the current industry development trend of talent training also plays an important role. However, the current development trend of the industry for talent training needs, and the traditional vocational education in the field of talent training goals have quite different requirements. In this context, the integration of industry development reflected in the new business training model is in line with the current social situation and economic development needs. Therefore, this paper firstly introduces the current situation and trend of new business training in higher vocational colleges, and finally makes a construction of the training mode of new business talents in higher vocational colleges combining production and education.
