摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新医科是高等教育主动适应新时代人类健康对人才需求的转变,是新时代赋予医学教育的新使命。医学人才培养模式需顺应时代发展并进行创新改革,才能满足社会对医学人才的需求。从新医科视域探讨适合民办本科院校发展需求的“医+X”人才培养模式改革思路,用多学科交叉融合创新知识解决未来医学领域的前沿问题,可为促进医学教育的发展,打造具有中国特色的新医科民办本科医学院校医学教育新体系提供参考。

关键词: 新医科, “医+X”, 交叉融合, 人才培养

Abstract: New medicine is the transformation of higher education to actively adapt to the talent demand of human social development in the new era. It is a new mission entrusted to medicine education in the new era. The training model of medical talents should comply with the development of the times and carry out innovation and reform in order to meet the social demand for medical talents. From the perspective of new medicine, the current study discussed the reform ideas of “medicine + X” talent training model suitable for the development needs of private undergraduate medical colleges. It is of great significance to solve the frontier problems in the future medical field with interdisciplinary integration of innovative knowledge. Which can provide reference significance for promoting the development of medicine education and building a new medicine education system of "new medicine" private undergraduate medical colleges with Chinese characteristics.
