摘要: 2017年以来,新工科建设推动了人才培养模式的改革,以项目实践和跨学科教育促进创新人才培养的道路逐渐清晰,在此背景下,传统教学工作的各环节面临新工科适用性的考验。该文借鉴生态学和全面质量管理理论,从“人机料法环”五要素进行教学工作分解,梳理各要素特征和改革方向,以期构建和谐统一的教学生态系统,助力新工科创新人才的培养。

Abstract: Since 2017, the construction of emerging engineering has promoted the reform of talent training mode, and the road of promoting innovative talent training with project practice and interdisciplinary education has gradually become clear. Under this background, all links of traditional teaching work are facing the test of the applicability of new engineering. Based on the theory of ecology and total quality management, this paper decomposes the teaching work from the five elements of "Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environments", combs the characteristics and reform direction of each element, in order to build a harmonious and unified teaching ecosystem and help the cultivation of innovative talents in emerging engineering.
