摘要: 培养新时代高素质人才,服务区域经济、促进社会发展是地方高校的重要使命。地方高校立足区域特色,在产学研深入融合,创新培养人才机制、服务地方发展上有着独特优势。研究分析了当前地方高校产学研融合培养人才的重要性和在人才融合培养机制、目标和价值、激励措施制度等方面存在的问题,并以盐城师范学院湿地产业学院为例,阐述其在管理体制与运行机制、教学改革与人才培养、教学资源开发与建设、教学队伍组建与培养等方面,进行产学研融合深度融合创新人才培养机制的积极探索,以及在创新培养模式方面的具体措施。

Abstract: It is an important mission of local universities to train high-quality talents in the new era and serve regional economic and social development. Local universities are deeply integrated with production, education and research, and have unique advantages in innovating and cultivating talents and serving local development. This paper studies and analyzes the importance and existing problems of the integration of production-learning-research in the training of talents in local universities, and takes the wetland industry college of Yancheng Normal University as an example to illustrate its management system and operation mechanism, teaching reform and talent training, teaching resources development and construction, teaching team formation and training, etc. The specific measures of innovation and exploration in the cultivation mechanism of the integration of production, education and research.
