摘要/Abstract

摘要： 百万扩招为高职院校带来了生源多样化、学习多元化、技能差异化等群体特征。该文结合广东职业技术学院扩招学生人才创新能力培养实际,对高职扩招学生的实践创新能力培养现状进行了分析,针对扩招生源特征,提出了强化扩招学生实践创新能力培养的策略,以实现质量型扩招背景下学生实践创新能力的提升。

关键词: 质量型扩招, 高职学生, 实践创新

Abstract: The enrollment expansion of one million has brought group characteristics such as diversification of student sources, diversification of learning, and differentiation of skills to higher vocational colleges. This article combines the actual cultivation of talent innovation ability of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College, and studies the current situation of the cultivation of the practical innovation ability of the expanded enrollment students of higher vocational colleges. According to the characteristics of the source of enrollment expansion, the strategy of strengthening the cultivation of the practical innovation ability of the expanded enrollment students is proposed to achieve the background of quality expansion the improvement of students' innovative ability.
