摘要: 加强教学与企业实践联系是提升工商管理教学效果的重要着力点。该文首先分析了教学与企业实践联系存在的问题:教学与企业实践的单向联系、企业实践学习的碎片化和形式化的问题。然后,该文以本科生《人力资源管理》教学中引入“平台型组织人力资源管理实践”为例,论述了如何通过企业实践资料选择和课程设计应对教学与企业实践联系的问题,以提升工商管理教学效果。

Abstract: Strengthening the connection between teaching and enterprise practice is an important point to improve the teaching effect of business administration. This paper first identifies the problems existing in the connection between teaching and enterprise practice: the one-way connection between teaching and enterprise practice, the fragmentation and formalization of enterprise practice learning. Then, taking the introduction of "platform organization human resource management practice" in the teaching of human resource management for undergraduates as an example, this paper discusses how to deal with the problem of the connection between teaching and enterprise practice through the selection of enterprise practice materials and course design, so as to improve the teaching effect of business administration.
