摘要: 因为焊接技术在工业生产中有着举足轻重的作用,并且对技术人员要求极其严格,因此焊接实训的重要性不言而喻。与职业技术院校相比,一些本科类高校存在教学周期短、教学设备不足的问题。而基于有限元虚拟仿真技术进行的焊接实训教学,则在一定程度上提高了学生的学习兴趣,改善了教学质量,并可以避免因操作不熟练而导致的安全问题。

Abstract: Because the welding technology plays an important role in actual industrial production and the requirements for technicians are very strict, the importance of welding practical training is self-evident. Compared with vocational and technical colleges, there are some problems, namely the short teaching cycle and the insufficient teaching equipment, in some undergraduate colleges and universities. The welding practical training, based on the finite element virtual simulation technology, can improve the learning interest of the students, and improve teaching quality. At the same time, the new welding practical training can prevent safety problems caused by unfamiliar operation of the students.
