摘要/Abstract

摘要： 现阶段,我国高等教育对提高大学生创新实践能力极为重视。河南科技大学河洛风赛车队是一支以大学生为主体的创新实践团队,极大提高了学生的自主学习能力、研究创新能力、合作竞争能力、解决问题能力。该文结合河南科技大学河洛风赛车队的人才培养模式,坚持以学生为中心,以创新实践为理念,注重个性发展,提高学生的综合素质,不断深化“思想育人、文化育人、实践育人、活动育人”的育人作用,满足我国对高质量人才的需求。

Abstract: At present, China's higher education attaches great importance to improving college students' innovative practical ability. Henan University of Science and Technology Heluo Wind Racing team is an innovative practice team with college students as the main body, which has greatly improved the students' independent learning ability, research and innovation ability, cooperation and competition ability and problem-solving ability. This paper hilo-systems wind racing team in henan university of science and technology personnel training mode, adhere to the students as the center, to the innovation practice of idea, pay attention to personality development, improve the comprehensive quality of students, deepen the ideological education, to educate, activity, culture education, practice, practice education "of education, meet the need for high quality talents in our country.
