摘要: 研究以S省部分地方高校大学生创业者的调查数据为基础,探讨大学生创业绩效的影响因素及影响机制。研究认为:大学生创业绩效的影响因素包括创业环境、创业资源、高校创业教育、创业者及其团队、创业意愿以及创业能力,且各因素之间均存在一定程度的相关关系。为提高大学生创业绩效,须营造创新创业文化氛围,提高大学生创业意识;政府、学校、企业、地方多方协同,共建大学生创业实践平台;构建分层分类,第一课堂、第二课堂相融合的高校创业教育体系;建立切实有效的大学生创业保障机制。

Abstract: Based on the survey data of college students' entrepreneurs in some local colleges and universities in S province, this study explores the influencing factors and mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial performance. According to the research, the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance of college students include entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial education of colleges and universities, entrepreneurs and their teams, entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability, and there is a certain degree of correlation among these factors. In order to improve the entrepreneurial performance of college students, it is necessary to create a cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship and improve the entrepreneurial consciousness of college students. Government, school and local enterprises cooperate to build a platform for college students' entrepreneurial practice; To construct a university entrepreneurship education system which is stratified and classified and integrates the first and second classes; Establish a practical and effective guarantee mechanism for college students to start their own businesses.
