Abstract: In the context of intelligent campus, fully excavating and discovering the overall information of students is conducive to the construction of user portraits, which provides a direction for universities to preposition school-loving education and provide precise alumni services. This paper combs the current research status of alumni service and user portrait, and explains the value of intelligent alumni service from the perspective of user portrait. Combined with the characteristics of students' user portraits, this paper analyzes the operation logic of intelligent alumni service, puts forward the operation logic of intelligent archive information service, and puts forward the optimization path, so as to meet the needs of personalized archive service of alumni, and realize the benign interaction between the alma mater and alumni.
