摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着“十四五”教育改革的不断深化,培养创新型和专业型人才成为高校当前的重要目标。如何通过有效的途径发挥图书馆在人才培养中的作用,是当前每个高校图书馆需要面对的问题。通过对不同学习层次的学生进行调查,对图书馆目前存在的不足进行了深入分析,进而提出通过开创特色书库、优化阅读环境、开展图书义卖和提升电子资源及数据库建设的措施,以期优化纸质图书资源,培养学生阅读兴趣和创新能力。

关键词: 教育改革, 图书馆, 优化措施

Abstract: With the deepening of the"14th five-year plan "education reform, it is an important goal for colleges and universities to train innovative and professional talents. How to play the role of library in talent training through effective way is a problem that every university library needs to face. Through the investigation of students at different levels of study, the paper analyzes the existing shortcomings of the library, and then puts forward the measures to create characteristic library, optimize reading environment, carry out book sale and improve the construction of electronic resources, in order to optimize the paper book resources and cultivate students' reading interest and innovation ability.
