核心素养视角下推动中级财务会计教学改革的探索与思考——基于应用型大学人才培养目标

摘要: 中级财务会计教学目前还存在以传统教学模式为主、互动性不足等问题。如何改善上述问题,提高教学效果,从而有助于人才培养目标的实现?核心素养视角下,可以从教学方式、教学内容和考核方式三方面探究中级财务会计教学的改革方向,确保从文化基础、自主发展和社会参与三个层次发展并强化学生的核心素养。经实践检验,上述改革方法能有效提高学生素养。

Abstract: At present, there are still some problems in the teaching of intermediate financial accounting, such as focus on traditional teaching mode and the lack of interaction. How to improve the above problems and improve the teaching effect, so as to contribute to the realization of talent training objectives? From the perspective of core literacy, we can explore the reform direction of intermediate financial accounting teaching from three aspects: teaching methods, teaching contents and assessment methods, so as to ensure the development and strengthening of students' core literacy from three levels: cultural foundation, independent development and social participation. Practice shows that the above reform methods can effectively improve students' literacy.
