O2O立体教学法在外科学教学中的应用与创新

摘要: 目的 探讨O2O立体教学法在外科学教学中的应用及效果评价。方法 选择2017年12月至2020年12月在河南大学第一附属医院接受轮转的规培学生80人,随机分为观察组(40人)和对照组(40人),观察组应用O2O立体教学法带教,对照组进行常规带教,对两组规培学生进行自我评价、考核和满意度调查。结果 观察组在学习兴趣、创新能力、临床思维、自学能力方面优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组考核总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学生的针对教学满意度评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 O2O立体教学法应用于外科学教学中的效果良好,可有效提高学生对外科学知识的掌握度,可培养学生的自主学习能力、创新能力,帮助其建立临床思维,提高教学的满意度,值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of O2O teaching method in surgery teaching. Methods From December 2017 to December 2020, 80 students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University were selected and randomly divided into observation group (40 people) and control group (40 people). The observation group was taught with O2O stereoscopic teaching method, while the control group was given routine teaching. Self-evaluation, assessment and satisfaction survey were conducted on the two groups of students. Results The observation group was better than the control group in learning interest, self-learning ability, innovation ability and clinical thinking establishment (P<0.05), the total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of O2O three-dimensional teaching method in external science teaching has a good effect, which can effectively improve students' mastery of external scientific knowledge, cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and innovation ability, help them establish clinical thinking and improve teaching satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.
