Abstract: Through investigation and research, it is found that the lack of enthusiasm for job-waiting students of the railway institute to interview railway companies in other provinces may lead to a decline in the employment rate. To do a good job of "stabilizing employment", we tried to develop the "Socialized Learning Cloud Platform for Railway Career Planning" as a solution to this problem. Through this platform, students can have career questions and answers with on-the-job graduates, so as to fully understand the front-line work and life information of each railway company, and then guide the students of railway college to expand their career choice from the railway bureau where their families are located to the whole country.
