科研引导型本科创新人才“阶梯式”培养路径的探索与实践——以应用化学专业为例

摘要: 通过系统梳理整合各级政策、资源,把不同实践教学课程、实践活动、创新竞赛合理安排在学生的不同年级阶段,使之有效衔接,构建科研引导型“阶梯式”本科创新人才培养路径,有效地提升了创新型人才培养质量。三年的实践证明,科研引导型本科创新人才“阶梯式”培养路径切实可行,效果良好,具有很好的推广价值。

Abstract: Scientific guiding type "cascade" undergraduate innovative talent training path built through a systematic integration of at all levels policies and resources. Different practical teaching courses, activities, competitions were arranged in different grade level of the students to make effective cohesion, effectively improve the innovative talent training quality. After three years of practice, it has proved that the scientific research type guide undergraduate innovative talents "tiered" cultivation path is feasible, effective and has good popularization value.
