Research on the Evaluation of Teachers' Teaching Quality based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要: 通过问卷调查,结合现有研究,剖析高职院校教师教学质量评价体系存在的问题。运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,以安徽审计职业学院为例,对学院现有教师教学质量评价体系各评价指标进行重新赋权,构建科学、合理、个性化的教师教学质量评价体系,以期为高职院校改进教师教学质量评价体系提供研究思路。

Abstract: Through questionnaire survey and existing research, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching quality evaluation system of higher vocational colleges. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of indicators. Taking Anhui Audit Vocational College as an example, this paper re-empowers each evaluation index of the existing teaching quality evaluation system of the college, and constructs a scientific, reasonable and personalized teaching quality evaluation system, so as to provide research ideas for improving the teaching quality evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.
