摘要: 高职医学教育为我国医疗领域培养技能型和服务型医疗人才。随着人们对医疗卫生服务需求的不断增加,医疗服务人才的缺口日益增大。为提高高职医学教育质量,该文从学习动机、学习方法与效果、学习兴趣、就业意向等方面展开调查,调查并分析高职医学专业学生的学习现状,提出切实可行的提高医学教育质量的指导建议。

关键词: 医学教育, 学习现状, 对策分析

Abstract: Higher vocational medical education cultivates skilled and service medical talents for China's medical field. With the increasing demand for medical and health services, the gap of medical service talents is getting bigger and bigger. In order to improve the quality of medical education in higher vocational colleges, this paper investigates from the aspects of learning motivation, learning method and effect, learning interest and employment intention, etc., investigates and analyzes the learning status of medical students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward feasible guidance and Suggestions for improving the quality of medical education.
