摘要/Abstract

摘要： 改革开放以来,我国教育事业取得了很大发展,有效推动了经济、政治、社会等多个方面的发展。在此基础上,高校教育管理过程中暴露出一定的问题,影响了高校教育管理的效果。该文主要基于现代高校教育管理中人文关怀和制度管理之间的联系,探讨人文关怀视域下的高校教育管理要求,希望能够在高校教育管理过程中体现人文关怀的价值。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China's education has made great progress, effectively promoting the economic, political, social and other aspects of development. On this basis, there are some problems in the process of higher education management, which affect the effect of higher education management. Based on the relationship between humanistic care and system management in modern higher education management, this paper discusses the requirements of higher education management from the perspective of humanistic care, hoping to reflect the value of humanistic care in the process of higher education management.
