摘要/Abstract

摘要： 加强大学生实践能力和创新能力,是应用型本科建设中教学改革的重点和难点。为促进高校更好地培养应用型人才,满足企业人才和科研的需求,山东农业工程学院基于应用型本科的需求建设工程创新平台,开设全校公选课《工程创新实践》,提高人才培养质量,通过校企合作,将行业企业的研发、技术、市场等优势与高校的人力资源、教学、科研等进行整合,将行业需求与人才培养相结合,实现“校企合作、产学研共赢”的格局。

关键词: 应用型本科, 工程创新平台, 创新活动体系

Abstract: Strengthening the practical ability and innovation ability of college students is the focus and difficulty of teaching reform in the construction of applied undergraduates. In order to promote universities to better cultivate application-oriented talents and meet the needs of corporate talents and scientific research, Shandong Agricultural Engineering college builds an engineering innovation platform based on the needs of applied undergraduates, and offers the school's public elective course "engineering innovation practice", improve the quality of talent training, through school-enterprise cooperation, the advantages of industry enterprises in R&D, technology, and markets are integrated with the human resources, teaching, and scientific research of universities. Combine industry needs with talent training, realize the pattern of "school-enterprise cooperation, industry-university-research win-win".
