论积极教学法实施过程中教师素养的培养

摘要: 积极教学理念开始被应用于课堂教学中,但是其在实践中取得的效果并不理想。究其原因,主要是教师习惯了传统的、讲授式的教学模式。而积极教学法的引入从教学形式、教学方法、备课量等方面对教师提出了挑战,需要教师转变观念,从知识讲授者的角色中走出来,转变为学生学习的促进者、引导者。在以学生为中心的教与学中,作为辅助者的教师要提升自己的素养,掌握有效积极的教学方法引导学生,让学生能积极主动地参与课堂,能够自主学习,让学生在课堂中体验学习的快乐和成就感。为了使教师更好地适应新的教学模式,该文对教师素养的培养提出一些建议,以期帮助教师提高素养并掌握积极的教学方法。

Abstract: The concept of positive teaching has been applied in classroom teaching, but its effect in practice is not ideal. The main reason is that teachers are used to the traditional teaching mode. The introduction of positive teaching method challenges teachers from the aspects of teaching form, teaching method and lesson preparation amount. It requires teachers to change their concepts, step out of the role of knowledge lecturer, and become the promoter and guide of students' learning. In the student-centered teaching and learning, as a helper, teachers should improve their own quality, master effective and positive teaching methods, guide students, enable students to actively participate in the classroom, be able to learn independently, and let students experience the happiness and sense of achievement of learning in the classroom. In order to make teachers better adapt to the new teaching mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of teachers' quality, in order to help teachers improve their quality and master active teaching methods.
