基础教育阶段劳动教育的意义及开展路径

摘要: 劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。近年来,个别青少年不珍惜劳动成果、不爱劳动、不参加劳动,劳动的独特育人价值在一定程度上被忽视,劳动教育正被淡化、弱化。鉴于此,该文从基础教育阶段劳动教育的意义、实施现状及其存在的问题出发,提出了家庭、学校和社区三位一体的劳动教育开展路径,以更好地实现劳动教育,促进学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。

Abstract: Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, which directly determines the labor spirit, labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors. In recent years, some young people don't cherish the fruits of labor, don't want to work, and can't work. The unique educational value of labor has been ignored to a certain extent, and labor education is being weakened. In view of this, starting from the significance, implementation status and existing problems of labor education in the stage of basic education, this paper puts forward the trinity of family, school and community labor education development path, so as to better realize labor education and promote students to form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.
