摘要: 大数据技术的发展提升了工程造价数据的管理水平,推动了工程造价咨询信息化建设的创新与发展。如何充分发挥大数据在工程造价领域的作用逐渐受到学者关注。该文从设计方案整合和施工成本控制等视角分析了大数据对工程造价咨询的影响;发现工程造价信息化建设中存在数据标准不统一和信息共享难度大等问题;并提出大数据环境下工程造价建设的策略;旨在提升造价咨询企业和从业人员运用大数据技术解决造价评估问题的能力。

Abstract: The development of big data technology has improved the management level of project cost data, and promoted the innovation and development of project cost consulting information construction. How to give full play to the role of big data in the field of engineering cost has gradually attracted scholars' attention. This paper analyzes the impact of big data on engineering cost consulting from the perspectives of design plan integration and construction cost control; discovers the problems of inconsistent data standards and difficulty in information sharing in the construction of engineering cost informatization; and proposes the strategy of engineering cost construction in a big data environment; aims to improve the ability of cost consulting companies and practitioners to use big data technology to solve cost evaluation problems.
