摘要: 有效教学是近年来高校教学研究的热点问题之一。有效课堂教学是以有效的教学活动,使学生学业得到进步和发展,学生的学习效果推进教学活动的持续改进,形成教师教学活动和学生学习活动的有序、良性循环,从而提高课堂教学质量,因此教学的有效性是评价课堂教学质量的标准。该文阐述了有效教学的内涵和主要特征,并以此为基础提出了高校有效课堂教学的动态评价体系。

Abstract: As a focus in teaching research of higher education, effective teaching was an ordered and virtuous cycle of teaching and studying. Effective teaching could benefit the improvement and development of student's studying. The effect of studying, meanwhile, could promote the continuous improvement of teaching. The effectiveness of teaching might be the evaluation criteria of teaching quality. The paper concentrated the concept and main characteristic of effective teaching and a dynamic evaluation system of college teaching was proposed afterwards.
