Abstract: With the acceleration of the process of education information construction, the construction of smart campus has gradually become the key construction project of the majority of higher vocational colleges. In this situation, the important position of high-quality digital teaching resources informatization construction is increasingly prominent. As an important part of the construction of smart campus in higher vocational colleges, it is the key to implement the reform of educational informatization in higher vocational colleges. This paper takes the construction of smart campus and high-quality digital teaching resources informatization construction of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, expounds its significance, construction foundation, existing problems and practical path, so as to provide reference for the construction of smart campus in Colleges and universities.
