高校教学质量评价体系存在的问题研究综述

摘要: 高校教学质量评价对高校人才培养、教学质量改进和教学管理具有重要意义。通过分析国内有关高校教学质量评价的文献,发现学者们对问题的研究虽然表述不同,但是总结起来就是四个方面的问题,包括评价理念问题、评价主体问题、评价指标问题和评价过程的管理问题。该文在总结前人研究的基础上发现仍然存在理论研究多,实证研究少;普遍性问题多,针对性问题少;内部评价研究多,外部评价研究少等问题,并尝试探讨以后可以进一步研究的方向。

Abstract: The evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities is of great significance to the cultivation of talents, the improvement of teaching quality and the management of teaching. Through the analysis of domestic literature on the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities, it is found that although scholars have different expressions on the problems, they sum up the problems in four aspects, including the problems of evaluation concept, evaluation subject, evaluation index and management of the evaluation process. On the basis of summarizing previous researches, this paper finds that there are still more theoretical researches than empirical researches. There are many universal problems but few specific ones. There are many studies on internal evaluation and few on external evaluation, and we try to explore the direction of further research in the future.
