摘要： 高等学校有责任将思想政治工作贯穿人才培养的全过程,引导学生铸就坚定的理想信念、锤炼高尚的品德。《物业管理》课程是房地产开发与管理专业的核心课程,将课程思政融入传统的课程中,设定道路自信、理论自信、文化自信和制度自信四个课程思政目标,对学生进行思想政治的良性引导,培养学生的职业素养、爱国精神、团队精神、社会公德等,实现知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造“三位一体”。

Abstract: It is the responsibility of colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political work throughout the whole process of personnel training, guide students to form firm ideals and beliefs, and temper noble morality. "Property management" course is a professional core course of real estate development and management major. The ideological and political course is integrated into the traditional curriculum, and four ideological and political objectives of road confidence, theoretical confidence, cultural confidence and system confidence are set to guide students' ideological and political well, cultivate their professional quality, patriotism, team spirit, social morality, etc., so as to realize knowledge teaching, ability training and value building are "Trinity".
