以实践为导向的商科院校创业教育生态构建研究——以美国巴布森学院为例

摘要: 商科院校创业教育在注重课程理论教学和小部分学生创业实践的同时,需要加强面向全员开设创业实践课程等多环节的整体构建。巴布森学院是美国著名商科高校,其推行的与创业环境高度耦合的浸润式创业教育模式受到广泛关注。巴布森构建了培育思维开拓和言语表达的各类研讨沙龙、以创业实践为导向的创业基础课程、以创设环境为背景实施的核心课程,另外学校在学生创业精神的培育、校内外创业师资的遴选和以实践为导向的师生评价体系等方面进行了诸多独特性的探索,且成果显著。这启示我国商科院校在创业教育生态构建上要以实践为导向,以整体性思维创新商科院校创业教育生态构建与实践,特别是在创业实践课程变革、创业导师队伍建设、耦合社会支持系统以及加强对学生创业精神教育等方面做出调整,提高商科人才培养质量。

Abstract: Business education in business colleges and universities should pay attention to the course theory teaching and entrepreneurship practice of a small number of students, at the same time, it needs to strengthen the overall construction of entrepreneurship practice courses for all staff. Babson College is a famous business university in the United States. Its infiltrative entrepreneurship education model, which is highly coupled with the entrepreneurial environment, has been widely concerned. Babson has constructed various seminar salons to cultivate thinking development and language expression, entrepreneurship basic courses oriented by entrepreneurial practice, and core courses implemented under the background of creating environment. In addition, the school pays attention to the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial spirit, the selection of entrepreneurial teachers inside and outside the school, and the practice oriented teacher-student evaluation system, and has made many unique explorations, and achieved remarkable results. This enlightens China's business colleges and universities in the construction of entrepreneurship education ecology should be practice-oriented, and innovate the ecological construction and practice of entrepreneurship education in business colleges, especially in the aspects of curriculum reform of entrepreneurship practice, entrepreneurship tutor team construction, coupling social support system and strengthening entrepreneurship education of students, so as to improve the quality of business talents training.
