智能制造背景下高职机电类专业创客型工匠培养实践

摘要: 智能制造将引发新一轮的产业革命,导致企业对高职毕业生的要求从具备传统的单一特定技能转向具备复合型知识结构、综合职业能力和创新能力,这促使高职院校从教育内容、教育模式、人才培养体系方面进行改革。笔者通过理论研究和所在学校的实践探索,构建了智能制造背景下高职机电类专业创客型工匠培养目标,提出了高职机电类专业创客型工匠的核心素养,对机电类专业创客型工匠培养路径进行了深入实践。

Abstract: Intelligent manufacturing will lead to a new round of industrial revolution, which will lead to the demand of higher vocational graduates from traditional single specific skills to compound knowledge structure, comprehensive professional ability and innovation ability, which will promote the reform of Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of education content, education mode and personnel training system. Through theoretical research and practical exploration of the school, the author constructs the training goal of maker type craftsman of mechanical and electrical specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing, puts forward the core quality of maker craftsman of mechanical and electrical specialty in higher vocational colleges, and carries out in-depth practice on the training path of maker type craftsman of mechanical and electrical specialty.
