摘要: 职业院校与幼儿园协同对幼师生的师德进行培养,体现了教育链、人才链与产业链的有机衔接。该文首先对产教融合的学前教育专业学生师德培养的实践内涵进行剖析,归纳产教融合幼师生的师德培养具有双重主体、多要素动态结合、联接历史继承性和时代性三个特点,探索总结出“一体两翼三支撑”的幼师生师德培养的实践路径。
