新工科理念下OBE模式创新型人才的培养

摘要: 具有创新精神和创新能力的创新型人才是未来推动科技发展和社会进步的核心力量。基于新工科理念的OBE(Outcomes-based Education)模式教学,以学习产出为驱动力,以创新型卓越工程人才培养为目标,是实现创新型人才培养的重要突破。该文基于新工科理念,在剖析当前高校创新型人才培养短板问题的基础上,结合贵州理工学院OBE模式的创新型人才培养实践经验,对学科建设、队伍建设、“双院制”建设、资源整合、奖励机制等进行了分析,提出了一套创新型人才培养策略。

Abstract: Innovative talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability are the core force to promote the development of science and technology and social progress in the future. Based on the concept of new engineering, OBE (outcomes based education) teaching mode, with learning output as the driving force and the cultivation of innovative outstanding engineering talents as the goal, is an important breakthrough to achieve the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the concept of new engineering, on the basis of analyzing the short board of innovative talents training in colleges and universities, combined with the practical experience of cultivating innovative talents in OBE mode of our university, this paper analyzes the discipline construction, team construction, double institute system construction, resource integration and incentive mechanism, and puts forward a set of innovative talent training strategies.
