摘要: 为了满足行业需要,精准培养和输出实操能力强、综合素养高的人工智能专业人才,通过深入研究人工智能时代下产教融合的人才培养模式,吸纳高校、行业企业、第三方机构和政府等多主体参与, 构建产教融合、校际互动、多元协同的新工科AI+工程人才培养共同体。建立了面向产教融合的课程体系和实践基地,建设成了成果与利益共享、共赢的新型协同育人机制,走出了一条契合行业需要的产教融合AI人才培养机制。

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of industry, it is necessary to accurately train and output artificial intelligence professionals with strong practical ability and high comprehensive quality.Through in-depth research on the talent training mode of industry and education integration in the era of artificial intelligence, and the participation of universities, industrial enterprises, third-party institutions and government, an AI+ emerging engineering talent training community is constructed with industry and education integration, inter-university interaction and multi-element collaboration. The curriculum system and practice base oriented to the integration of industry and education have been established, and a new win-win cooperative education mechanism has been established, which can share the achievements and benefits. The industry and education integration oriented AI talent training mechanism is created, in accord with enterprise demands.
