摘要/Abstract

摘要： 地方本科高校为人才培养的重要基地,在协同创新发展背景下,分析人才市场培养需求,调整创新改革教学计划,能够在不断适应社会发展形势的同时,有效提升高校人才培育质量。该文从地方高校人才培养的重要性出发,分析当前协同创新视角下的高校人才培养现状。期望通过人才培养模式的不断创新与改革,能够在不断完善教育体系、强化师资力量的同时,提升高校教育质量,为社会输出具有创新能力的应用型专业人才。

Abstract: Local undergraduate colleges and universities are important bases for talent cultivation. Under the background of collaborative innovation development, analyzing the demand of talent market training and adjusting the innovation and reform teaching plan can effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities while constantly adapting to the social development situation. Starting from the importance of talent training in local colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current situation of personnel training in colleges and universities from the perspective of collaborative innovation. It is expected that through the continuous innovation and reform of talent training mode, we can continuously improve the education system and strengthen the teaching staff, at the same time, improve the quality of university education, and export the application-oriented talents with innovative ability for the society.
