摘要: 随着社会的发展,工业化与信息化在更为广阔的范围内逐渐实现彼此交融。虚拟仿真实践教学是信息与专业教学融合的产物,为人才培养提供了更为合适的教学模式。为满足在当今社会发展趋势下的教育需求,虚拟仿真教学实践模式已经逐渐成为工程管理教学的重要内容。该文将结合工程管理专业人才培养目标以及针对工程管理专业人才实践教学中所面临的问题,并结合虚拟仿真实践教学模式的优势,对工程管理专业的虚拟仿真教学模式进行研究。

Abstract: With the development of the society,industrialization and informatization are gradually realized in a wide range. Virtual simulation practice teaching is the product of the integration of information and professional teaching, which provides a more appropriate teaching mode for personnel training. In order to meet the needs of education in today's social development trend, virtual simulation teaching practice mode has gradually become an important content of information construction in engineering management teaching. This paper will combine with the purpose of engineering management personnel training and the problems faced in the practical teaching of engineering management professionals, and combined with the advantages of virtual simulation practice teaching mode, research on the virtual simulation teaching mode of engineering management professional personnel training.
