“新常态”下的课程教学模式变革研究——以《企业绿色管理》课程在线教学为例

摘要: 在线教学已经加速成为高校教学的“新常态”;这一背景下,如何结合“线上”“线下”教学优势,开展混合式教学模式创新实践也成为一个重要议题。为此,该文以课程教学改革实践为基础,通过分析混合式教学实践的关键教学问题,论证和分析混合式教学模式一体化解决方案的设计要点,以学生及教学需求为中心,就课程在线资源素材的构建、问题导向的教学互动设计、课堂教学的组织形式进行分析和实践总结,提炼教学模式变革途径和实现要点,为“新常态”下的本科教学提供支持。

Abstract: The emergency of the technology of information has accelerated online teaching into the "new normal" of university teaching, and the practice of the blending learning mode with the advantages of "online" and "offline" teaching has become an important topic. Therefore, based on the practice of curriculum teaching reform, this paper analyzes the key teaching problems of hybrid teaching practice, demonstrates and analyzes the design points of the integrated solution of hybrid teaching mode, and analyzes the construction of online resource materials, the interactive design of problem-oriented teaching and the organization form of classroom teaching. Finally, the paper refines the ways and key points of teaching mode reform to provide support for undergraduate teaching under the "new normal".
