摘要: 工程训练作为工科类高校中参与学生人数最多、覆盖面最广、受益面最大的实践教学课程,是培养学生综合实践能力和创新意识的重要教育环节。立足高校工程训练教学,以培养跨学科创新型、复合型、应用型人才为导向,以跨学科工程训练教学为研究对象,探索跨学科工程训练人才培养模式构建、课程体系重构、教学团队打造等方法,实现大学生工程实践能力、创新创业能力、国际竞争力的提升。

Abstract: Engineering training, as a practical teaching course with the largest number of students, the widest coverage and the largest benefit, is an important education link to cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability and innovation consciousness. Based on the engineering training teaching in colleges and universities, guided by the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovative, compound and applied talents, and taking the interdisciplinary engineering training teaching as the research object, this paper explores the construction of interdisciplinary engineering training personnel training mode, curriculum system reconstruction, teaching team building, etc., so as to realize the improvement of college Students' engineering practice ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability and international competitiveness.
