摘要: 在深化高等教育供给侧结构性改革的过程中,高校创新创业教育发展迅速,但普遍存在同质化现象,创新创业内涵缺失。如果不能够改善这种情况,将会对高等教育的人才培养带来影响。为了改善高等教育人才培养现状,增强创新创业教育效果,该文通过归纳分析影响大学生创新创业能力的因素,提出在大学生创新创业能力培养中引入TRIZ 理论,运用 TRIZ 理论分析地方高校创新创业的问题,为传统的创新创业人才培养模式提供了新的思路,为地方高校成果转化提供了新的方向。

Abstract: In the process of deepening the supply side structural reform of higher education, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities has developed rapidly, but there is a general homogenization phenomenon and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship connotation. If this situation can not be improved, it will have an impact on the talent training of higher education. In order to improve the current situation of higher education personnel training and enhance the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, and puts forward the introduction of TRIZ theory in the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and analyzes the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship in local colleges and universities by using TRIZ theory, which provides new ideas for the traditional training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and provides a new direction for the transformation and incubation of local university achievements.
