摘要: 管理沟通课程是一门应用型课程,同时具有很强的实践性。然而,目前该课程的设计与实施依然存在着一些不足,不利于学生吸收相关知识并运用到实践中。针对这些不足,该文提出了明确“知行合一”为课程的首要目标、结合数字化时代背景完善教学内容、综合运用多种教学模式提升课堂与课后参与度以及统合知识掌握与技能运用考核四点对策,以期为不断提高该门课程的教学效果提供一些借鉴。

Abstract: Management communication course is an applied course with strong practicality. However, there are still some deficiencies in the design and implementation of the course, which is not conducive to students' absorption of relevant knowledge and application to practice. In view of these shortcomings, this paper puts forward four countermeasures: making "unity of knowledge and practice" the primary goal of the course, improving the teaching content combined with the background of the digital era, comprehensively using a variety of teaching modes to enhance classroom and after-school participation, and integrating knowledge mastery and skill application assessment, so as to provide some reference for continuously improving the teaching effect of the course.
