摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自提出发展创新型国家以来,国家一直鼓励大学生进行自主创业,但社会及家庭各方对女性创业存在一定偏见,女性创业数量明显少于男性。该文以江西省部分高校女大学生为样本,以女大学生创业意愿及其影响因素为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈的形式收集资料并进行分析,根据调查现象提出针对性策略以提高女大学生创业意愿,以期不断完善国家就业结构。

Abstract: Since the idea of developing an innovative country was put forward, the state has been encouraging college students to start their own businesses, but there is a certain prejudice against women's entrepreneurship in society and family, and the number of women entrepreneurs is obviously less than that of men. Based on the sample of female college students in Jiangxi Province, this paper takes female college students' entrepreneurial will and its influencing factors as the research object, collects and analyzes the data through questionnaire survey and interview, according to the investigation, this paper puts forward some pertinent strategies to improve the entrepreneurial will of female college students, so as to continuously improve the national employment structure.
