摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大学生创业是解决就业难问题的一个主要途径,但是目前,大学生创业往往以失败而告终。该文将从大学生创业团队角度分析大学生创业失败的原因,找到大学生自身在创业意识、创业能力以及社会经验方面存在的问题;通过对激励理论的相关介绍,运用激励理论提出相应的策略,提高大学生自身的创业能力、加强高校帮助和社会支持,从而促进大学生创业团队创业目标的实现。

关键词: 激励理论, 大学生, 创业失败心理

Abstract: College students' entrepreneurship is a major way to solve the problem of employment difficulties, but at present, college students' entrepreneurship often ends in failure. This paper will analyze the causes of college students’ entrepreneurial failure from the perspective of college students’ entrepreneurial teams, and find out the problems of college students’ entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial abilities, and social experience; through the introduction of motivation theory, use motivation theory to propose corresponding strategies to improve college students’ entrepreneurial ability, strengthen the help of colleges and social support, so as to promote the realization of the entrepreneurial goal of college students' entrepreneurial team.
