新工科背景下多方协同育人路径树状模型研究与实践——以工业设计专业为例

摘要: 高校人才培养路径中,新工科背景下的多方协同概念已逐渐在各学科中扎根,不断延展。该文就如何更好地提升高校育人路径中多方协同的效能,强化新工科的应用特征,以工业设计专业为例,立足于新工科模式,开展工业设计多方协同育人机制的研究与实践,提出“一企业、一基地、一课堂、一项目”的新多方协同育人路径树状模型,不断深化对协同创新的理解与实践。

Abstract: In the path of talent training in Colleges and universities, the concept of multi-party collaboration under the background of new engineering has gradually taken root in various disciplines and constantly extended. In this paper, how to better improve the efficiency of multi-party collaboration in university education path, strengthen the application characteristics of new engineering, take industrial design major as an example, based on the new engineering mode, carry out the research and practice of multi-party collaborative education mechanism in industrial design, and put forward a new multi-party collaborative education path tree model of "one enterprise, one base, one classroom, one project" to continuously deepen the cooperation with the understanding and practice of innovation.
