摘要: 随着我国经济的稳步增长,科学技术的不断进步,越来越多的新兴科目被纳入到普通高等学校专业课程中,其中就包括数字媒体技术专业。数字媒体技术专业作为一门普通高等学校的本科专业,依据其性质,应将其划分到计算机学科中。但是,由于数字媒体技术专业的开设时间较短,在计算机领域的发展时间不长,导致各高校数字媒体技术专业师资队伍的整体水平还有待提升,进而成为阻碍该专业发展的重要因素,即使教学经验再丰富的计算机学科教师,在数字媒体技术专业教学中也会遇到很多问题。因此,提升数字媒体技术师资队伍能力已成为各高校顺利开展数字媒体技术专业教学活动的重要保障。各高校应该针对这一问题,对现阶段数字媒体技术专业教师队伍建设过程中存在的问题进行全面分析,并据此制定出相应的提升策略,为推动高校数字媒体技术专业更好发展提供一定助力。

Abstract: With the steady growth of China's social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, more and more emerging subjects are included in the professional courses of ordinary colleges and universities, including digital media technology. Digital media technology major is an undergraduate major in colleges and universities. According to its nature, it should be divided into computer science. However, due to the short opening time of digital media technology specialty and the short development time in the computer field, the overall level of digital media technology teachers in colleges and universities still needs to be improved, which has become an important factor hindering the development of the major. Even the computer science teachers with rich teaching experience will encounter a lot in the teaching of digital media technology specialty questions. Therefore, improving the ability of digital media technology teachers has become an important guarantee for colleges and universities to carry out digital media technology teaching activities smoothly. In view of this problem, colleges and universities should comprehensively analyze the problems existing in the construction of digital media technology teachers at this stage, and formulate corresponding promotion strategies, so as to provide certain help for the better development of digital media technology specialty in colleges and universities.
