应用型人才学习质量提升路径的探索与实践——以通信工程专业为例

摘要: 目前普通本科高校在应用型人才学习质量方面还存在不足。针对这些问题,首先分析了当前应用型人才学习质量的主要问题,并以“新工科”应用型人才学习质量提升路径为背景,从校企共建新工科应用型人才培养体系、构建基于大数据技术的学习质量评价体系和支持系统、就业质量评价体系构建和优化三大方面,在现有江苏省特色专业、嵌入式人才培养项目等基础上,以服务地方经济社会发展为宗旨,以高质量就业为导向,以提升人才学习质量为抓手,以培养应用型通信本科人才为目标,对通信工程专业应用型人才学习质量提升路径进行了探索与实践。

Abstract: At present, there are still some shortcomings in the learning quality of applied talents in ordinary undergraduate universities. To solve these problems, this paper first analyzes the main problems of the learning quality of application-oriented talents, and in order to study emerging engineering education application-oriented talents ascension path as the background, from the factors: to build emerging engineering education application-oriented talents cultivation system, constructing learning quality evaluation system based on big data technology, employment quality evaluation system and support system and optimization of the three aspects, based on the existing provincial characteristic specialty and embedded talent training project, for the purpose of serving local economic and social development, by the high quality of employment as the guidance, focusing on improving the learning quality of talents, with the goal of cultivating applied communication undergraduate talents, the exploration and practice of improving the learning quality of application-oriented talents in communication engineering specialty are elaborated in detail.
