摘要: 基于提高教学质量、优化人才培养模式,对土木工程专业的毕业生、各大高校以及土木类相关的企事业单位进行调查研究。通过调查研究发现现有人才培养方案中存在的问题,通过3+1培养模式、加大实践教学、开展第二课堂和创新创业教育等一系列优化措施对原有培养方案进行优化,对提高学生的培养质量具有现实意义。同时,也给其他应用型人才培养方案的修订提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the improvement of teaching quality and the optimization of talent training mode, the civil engineering graduates, universities and civil engineering related enterprises and public institutions are investigated and studied. Through the investigation and research, we found the problem in the existing talent training program. Through a series of optimization measures, such as 3+1 training mode, increasing practical teaching, carrying out the second classroom, innovation and entrepreneurship education, it can optimize the original training scheme, it has practical significance to improve the education quality of students. At the same time, it provides a reference for the revision of other applied talent training programs.
