摘要: 在新时代背景下,工匠精神已成为当代专业技术人才不可或缺的职业素养。高校作为培养高素质专业技术人才的主要阵地,心系着每一位贫困大学生的成长成才。高校应坚持以立德树人为中心,积极开拓资助育人新途径,深入把握工匠精神的基本内涵和时代价值,弘扬和培育贫困大学生的工匠精神。通过充分挖掘思想政治教育、校园文化、校友文化和专业教育中工匠精神培育的途径,大力弘扬工匠精神,将贫困大学生培养成我国社会主义建设所需的大国工匠。

Abstract: Craftsman spirit is the indispensable professional attainment for contemporary professional talents under the background in the new era. As the main position on cultivation of high quality and professional talents and caring about the growth of every impoverished college student, colleges should instant on centering fostering morality and cultivating talents, actively exploring new ways to funding for education, grasping the basic connotation and contemporary value of craftsman spirit, carrying forward and cultivating the craftsman spirit for impoverished college students. Through fully excavating the approach of craftsman culture upon ideological and political education, campus culture, alumni culture, and professional education, cultivating impoverished college students into a great country craftsman needed by our country's socialist construction.
