摘要: 高等职业教育的主要目的是培养能够满足社会需要的专业人才,其教学质量对学生的就业有直接影响。该文深入研究了高职会计专业《会计电算化》课程的教学创新模式,即运用戴明博士所创建的“PDCA”循环理论,并运用混合式教学模式,突破了以往传统的教学和学习模式,教师在线上与线下主导教学,引导学生发挥学习的自主性和积极性,教师通过教学反馈进行调整,旨在促进教师和学生的互动,提升教学效果。

关键词: 诊断与改进, “PDCA”理论, 混合式教学模式

Abstract: The main purpose of higher vocational education is to cultivate professional talents who can meet the social needs, and its teaching quality has a direct impact on students' employment. This paper deeply studies the teaching innovation mode of accounting computerization course in higher vocational colleges, that is, using“PDCA” cycle theory created by Dr. Deming, and using hybrid teaching mode, breaking through the traditional teaching and learning mode in the past, using teachers' online and offline leading teaching to guide students to play their learning autonomy and enthusiasm, and teachers' feedback through teaching. It aims to promote the interaction between teachers and students and improve the teaching effect.
