摘要: 随着社会经济的飞速发展,企业对中高职院校的人才培养提出了更高的要求。产教融合的人才培养模式,指的是基于校企合作实现创新型人才培养目标,正在逐渐成为当前地方职专院校常用的人才培养模式之一。与传统人才培养模式不同,产教融合的人才培养模式更加注重将产业发展和教育相结合。因此,对学校人才培养的要求也更高。当前,我国在实施基于产教融合的人才培养模式时依旧面临着一些问题,包括:产教融合管理体制机制不健全,校企对产教融合态度冷热不均,产教融合多是短期行为且部分流于形式等。为此,在开展产教融合人才培养实践时,应在考虑我国国情的基础上,借鉴和学习国外先进经验和成果,努力促进实现校企双方共建专业课程体系、共建双师型教学队伍、共建实训基地等。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, enterprises put forward higher requirements for personnel training in vocational colleges. The talent training mode of integration of production and education refers to the realization of innovative talent training goal based on school enterprise cooperation, which is gradually becoming one of the commonly used talent training modes in local vocational colleges. Different from the traditional talent training mode, the talent training mode of integration of industry and education pays more attention to the combination of industrial development and education. Therefore, the requirements for school personnel training are higher. At present, there are still some problems in the implementation of the talent training mode based on the integration of production and education in China, including: the management system and mechanism of the integration of industry and education is not perfect, the attitude of schools and enterprises to the integration of industry and education is uneven, and the integration of industry and education is mostly short-term behavior and part of it is mere formality. Therefore, in carrying out the practice of cultivating talents with integration of production and education, we should, on the basis of considering China's national conditions, learn from and learn from foreign advanced experience and achievements, and strive to promote the construction of professional curriculum system, double qualified teaching team and training base.
