Abstract: Practical education is an important way of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. All kinds of practical activities in colleges and universities are identical in theory, purpose and characteristics of educating people, and have common requirements of mutual benefit in organization and method of educating people. Coordinating all kinds of practices is of great significance to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to promote the unity of theory and practice, to highlight students' subjectivity, and to help students realize their life value. Under the background of "Three Integrity Education", strengthening system design and guarantee, constructing education community on practical resources, and designing practice with local people can greatly enhance the practical effect of practical education in colleges and universities.
