摘要: 混合式教学(B-Learning)是将传统线下教学(Face to Face)和互联网线上教学(E-Learning)的优势相融合的一种教学模式,是目前高校教学改革的一个重要方向。行动导向教学法强调在“做中学”,特别适用于“实践性”较强课程的教学,能够满足“应用型”人才的培养要求。该文以行动导向教学理论为指导,结合混合式教学方法,形成以“职业目标-教学目标-任务目标-任务”为主线的新型“混合式”教学闭合结构,并在《基础工业工程》课程中进行应用实践,取得了一定效果。希望以此给同类研究者提供参考。

Abstract: Blended teaching (B-Learning) is a kind of teaching mode which combines the advantages of traditional face to face and e-learning. It is an important direction of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Action oriented teaching method emphasizes "learning by doing", which is especially suitable for the teaching of "practical" courses, and can meet the training requirements of "application-oriented" talents. Guided by the action oriented teaching theory and combined with the mixed teaching method, this paper forms a new "mixed" teaching closed structure with the main line of "professional goal-teaching goal-task goal-task", and has been applied in the course of basic industrial engineering and achieved certain results. Hope to provide reference for similar researchers.
