管理学教学中的课堂氛围建设研究

摘要: 良好的管理学课堂氛围是确保学生扎实掌握管理学理论知识基础、培养基本管理能力的重要前提。该文在分析了建设管理学课堂氛围具有利于建立以学生为中心的教学模式、利于改善管理学课程的教学效果的意义的基础上,梳理了管理学课堂氛围的三种常见问题,进而提出为了建立良好的管理学课堂氛围,高校应该设置相应的选课机制、评价机制、比赛机制,并建立管理学教学团队;管理学授课教师应该学习榜样教师的授课模式、积极与教学团队内的其他教师交流、增进与学生的沟通,并培养自身课堂管理能力;学生应该建立积极的学习态度,并与教师充分沟通。

Abstract: A positive management classroom atmosphere is an important prerequisite to ensure students to establish a solid theoretical knowledge foundation of management and to develop basic management abilities. Based on the analysis of the construction of management classroom atmosphere is conducive to both establish a student-centered teaching mode and improve the effect of management teaching, we comb three common problems of management classroom atmosphere. Then we put forward that to construct a positive management classroom atmosphere, colleges should set up corresponding course selection mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms, competition mechanisms, and establish management teaching teams; management teachers should learn from model teachers, actively communicate with other teachers in the management teaching teams, enhance communication with students, and develop their own classroom management abilities; students should develop positive learning attitudes and communicate fully with their teachers.
