摘要: "职业教育4.0"是"工业4.0"形成的产物。工业应用型人才的发展离不开职业教育的发展。德国推进职业教育4.0背景下对职业教育课程内容、师资、人才培养等方面的要求和举措旨在适应市场导向的需求,灵活应对信息技术和职业发展模式的不断转型,对我国职教人才培养路径选择上有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: Vocational education 4.0 is the product of industry 4.0. The development of industrial applied talents can not be separated from the development of vocational education. Based on the background of vocational education 4.0, the requirements and measures of vocational education curriculum content, teachers, talent training and so on are designed to meet the needs of market orientation of market orientation, flexible response to the continuous transformation of information technology and career development model, which has a certain reference for the choice of vocational education personnel training path in China.
